The company at which I work is rather small (about 20 employees), so I am a kind of multitasking individual. I work in customer service; I order the goods; manage the stock; take care about complaints, check and introduce new series and products, set the prices. I have an understanding of almost every aspect of retail.
I have visited production plants (one in Poland, one in Spain - single and double fired glazed tiles), CERSAIE and CEVISAMA exhibitions.

Over the years of my work in this business I have enjoyed the idea that modern ceramic tile is a fusion of technology and art. That really reflects my personality, so I would like to keep updated with the latest achievements in the field and enrich my knowledge about it.
